kurzweilai.  This is a fabulous site. "KurzweilAI.net features the big thoughts of today's big thinkers examining the confluence of accelerating revolutions that are shaping our future world, and the inside story on new technological and social realities from the pioneers actively working in these arenas."  And there are some famous names there too.

wolframscience.  The inventor of Wolfram Alpha the new "knowledge engine", Stephen Wolfram has articulated his vision for "A New Kind of Science" here. It is apparently quite controversial and I can see why, but the bloke is just prolific. Here is a discussion on it from the guy who lends his name to the above, Ray Kurzweil.
